About the Company

CCS was established in 1995 to provide services to the Courts of California pursuant to Section 11205 of the California Vehicle Code, and to provide Courts with an alternative choice to the one other organization providing these services in the state.

CCS is a non-profit corporation as required by Section 11205 of the Vehicle Code, and provides staffing and services to courts by utilizing funds collected by the courts pursuant to that code section.

Our Board of Directors:

The current board of directors includes active and retired business leaders from both the public and private sectors.

Our Executive Director:

Dave Coleman

Prior to This position, Mr. Coleman was continuously employed in the California state court system for 35 years:

• From 1960 to 1982, with the Los Angeles County Superior Court
  • Various upper management positions
• From 1982 to 1985 with the California State Administrative Office of the Courts
  • Analyst
• From 1985 to 1995, administrator-clerk with the Berkeley/Albany Municipal Court-Alameda County
